Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel order by the end of the day before 23.59 o'clock (the day that customers make the payment), because we make the delivery every morning.
Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange the product in case of receiving the wrong model or color. Or the product is manufacturing defect within 30 days.
Refund Policy
Customers may refund within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be in perfect condition, in seal and never open the box. Customers must return product along with the gift (if any). The company will refund the money by next billing month within 30 days.
*The decision of the company is final.

การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ภายในวันที่สั่งซื้อสินค้าก่อนเวลา 23.59 นาฬิกา เนื่องจากระบบจะทำการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อเช้าวันถัดไป
การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
ลูกค้าสามารถขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ ในกรณีที่ได้รับสินค้าผิดรุ่น หรือผิดสี รวมถึงในกรณีที่สินค้ามีการทำงานที่ผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากการผลิต ภายใน 30 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า
การคืนสินค้า
สามารถคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า เฉพาะสินค้าที่ยังไม่ถูกเปิดกล่อง และสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ทุกประการ รวมถึงต้องส่งคืนสินค้าพร้อมกับของแถม (ถ้ามี) การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการโอนภายใน 30 วัน
*การตัดสินใจของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
นโยบายปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนตัวของลูกค้า
1. ข้อมูลลูกค้าที่ถูกเก็บเพื่อจุดประสงค์สำหรับส่งสินค้า เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, ที่อยู่, อีเมล์ และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ จะถูกเก็บเป็นความลับ
2. ข้อมูลลูกค้าถูกเก็บเพื่อจุดประสงค์สำหรับส่งสินค้าและรับประกันสินค้า
3. ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บเป็นเวลา 5 ปี เพื่อการรับประกันสินค้า และสำหรับบริการหลังการขาย

5. ข้อมูลลูกค้าจะถูกเก็บโดยบริษัทฯ และจะไม่มีการส่งไปให้บริษัทอื่นทั้งปัจจุบันและอนาคต

Privacy Policy
1. Customer’s name, address, email address and phone number will be kept in secret.
2. Customer personal date will be used for delivery and after sales service.
3. Roborock will keep customer data for 5 years.
